Restore your youthful appearance
With Restylane Lyft
Over time, natural fat begins to deteriorate, resulting in sagging skin, more prominent wrinkles and a reduction of volume. Restylane Lyft, formerly known as Perlane-L®, is an injectable hyaluronic acid gel used to correct volume loss and treat wrinkles in the face and hands. Through nonsurgical injections, Restylane Lyft is specifically designed to add fullness to the cheeks, midface area, and the back of the hands to help complete your aesthetic look for face and hands.
How does Restylane Lyft Work?
Restylane Lyft works in two phases. While some results are visible immediately, the fillers do take some time to reach their full effect. After the injections, the gel adds volume that immediately improves the contour of your hands. This helps reduce wrinkles and fine lines while giving your skin more support that smooths out the texture. The long-term effects of this dermal filler are produced when the hyaluronic acid in the formula reacts naturally with your skin to attract more moisture. This additional moisture boosts the volume and elasticity of your skin. The added support reduces the folds and creases in the skin caused by weakened support structures.

What is the average amount I will need per treatment?
This will vary from one client to the next. On average, most clients receive 1 to 2 syringes per hand over the treatment period but can expect to have ar least one per hand per visit to achieve optimal correction.
How long will my results last?
Following a study of 89 patients, Restylane Lyft received FDA approval to treat age-related volume loss in the back of the hands. Hyaluronic acid fillers are the mainstay of facial fillers due to their natural consistency. Fillers are placed just below the skin and above underlying tendons using a microcannula technique to limit pain, bruising, and swelling.
In the study for FDA approval, patients showed volume improvement in the hands for up to six months. Side effects (swelling, tenderness, itching) were predominantly mild and temporary.
